Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Munir Abdul Amir Abdul Fatlawi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, the Educational and Psychological Guidance Unit at the College of Veterinary Medicine, in cooperation with the Community Police, held an awareness seminar entitled (Suicidal Thoughts among Youth: Causes and Treatments) in which Lieutenant Colonel Abbas Bardan Al-Barqawi and Prof. Dr. Haifa Juma Hassan lectured and the seminar was managed by Ms. Miad Qader Mahdi. The seminar aimed to identify suicidal thoughts among youth, causes, treatments, methods, causes and treatment, and that the causes of suicide are depression due to drug abuse, as well as other social reasons such as the loss of a loved one. The seminar also recommended the necessity of psychological treatment, which depends on the patient’s condition, including psychological treatment, as well as giving anti-depressant medications.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
