Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabir Al-Jubouri, and supervised by the Dean of the College of Sciences, Professor Dr. Mohammed Abdul Wahab Al-Iraqi, the Psychological and Social Guidance Unit in the College of Sciences organized a seminar titled “Youth Suicide: Causes and Treatments,” presented by Assistant Lecturer Bushra Hamid Hassan Al-Issami.<\/p>\n
The seminar aimed to shed light on the phenomenon of suicide, study the causes leading to it, and raise awareness among youth. It also provided a definition of suicide, its psychological and social causes, cultural conditions, as well as substance abuse.<\/p>\n
The seminar recommended addressing the phenomenon of suicide by eliminating social and psychological problems, raising youth awareness of the dangers of this phenomenon, and improving the economic environment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
