In the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Bashir Shakir Al-Awadi, Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University, and a selection of esteemed faculty members and staff, the Women’s Affairs Unit, in collaboration with the Red Crescent Society, Diwaniyah branch, organized an awareness workshop titled (Violence Against Children). The workshop featured presentations by Ms. Fatima Al-Zahra Alaa Muhammad and Mr. Ahmed Abdullah Hilal, with the session moderated by liaison member Ms. Noura Hassan Abdullah.<\/p>\n
The workshop included the meaning of violence as a concept and its forms, identifying children at risk of violence and those affected by it, their actions and behaviors following the harm, how to address it, and identifying places and procedures for seeking help and support. At the end of the workshop, a dialogue and discussion session was opened to highlight the effects of violence on children.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
