Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Kazem Jabir Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Nabil Imran Al-Khalidi, Dean of the College of Arts, the Continuing Education Unit, in cooperation with the Sustainable Development Unit at the College of Arts, organized a workshop titled (Graduates of the College of Arts… A Future Reading in Light of the Labor Market). The workshop featured presentations by Assistant Prof. Dr. Hossam Adnan Rahim, Assistant Prof. Dr. Haidar Aboud Kazar, and Dr. Alaa Abbas Kazem, with the session managed by Prof. Dr. Haidar Habib Hamza.<\/p>\n
The workshop aimed to address the issue of employing graduates of the College of Arts and encouraging them to enter the non-governmental labor market, taking into account their specializations, and linking this to sustainability and quality education that meets the current and future needs of graduates.<\/p>\n
The main recommendations included reconsidering the curricula to align with development and the non-governmental or institutional labor market, establishing research units and centers in the College of Arts that attract graduates and utilize their scientific capabilities, enhancing their scientific efforts according to a collective research work system in exchange for rewards defined by a specific law, caring for the research achievements of this group and promoting them, and strengthening partnerships with state institutions and civil society to benefit from their ideas and solutions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
