The College of Law at Al-Qadisiyah University, within the program of training the skills of postgraduate students in the research phase, held a scientific workshop entitled (Skills of Writing Research Proposals and Recommendations) in which Prof. Dr. Abdul Mahdi Kazim Nasser and Asst. Prof. Dr. Sinan Abdul Hamza Tayeh lectured. The workshop aimed to introduce the most important methods and techniques adopted in writing the conclusion in university theses and dissertations in the field of law in its various branches. The workshop concluded that the conclusion has the ability to state the researcher’s research objectives, as the main challenge in the conclusion of legal research is that the researcher must contain the essence of the entire research in short paragraphs and according to a solid linguistic formulation that includes the basic ideas of the research. The workshop recommended that the researcher work to highlight his personality in formulating recommendations and proposals related to his research and to follow the precise legal formulations that show the legal research submitted by the researcher as proficient and fulfilling the requirements for its completion.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
