As part of the University’s Sustainable Week Festival, the Sustainable Development Unit at the College of Law, Al-Qadisiyah University, held a scientific seminar entitled “The Impact of Digital Justice on Sustainable Development.” The session was opened with a speech by the Dean’s Assistant for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Adnan Ajil Obaid. Presentations were given by Dr. Ali Hamza Jabr, Mr. Mohammed Jamil Abdul-Amir, and Ms. Rasel Majid Kadhim, Head of the Sustainable Development Unit. The session was moderated by Assistant Professor Dr. Laila Hamza Radhi.<\/p>\n

1- Demonstrate the growing role of digital transformation in promoting the concepts of justice and achieving sustainable development.<\/p>\n

3- Highlight the importance of digital justice in bridging the digital divide and achieving equality among individuals.<\/p>\n

4- Emphasize the role of digital transformation in improving public services such as health, education, and government services. The symposium concluded the following:<\/p>\n

1. Sustainable development is a central concept that relies on developing legal systems to provide more efficient, faster, and fairer services.<\/p>\n

2. Digital justice is a fundamental pillar for achieving integrated sustainable development by empowering individuals and communities.<\/p>\n
