Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Bashir Shaker Al-Awadi, the Continuing Education Unit, in cooperation with the Educational Guidance Unit at the college, held a workshop entitled “Suicide Prevention and Promoting Mental Health Among University Students.” The workshop was presented by Dr. Ali Saad and Dr. [Name Missing]. The workshop addressed several topics, including the importance of mental health during university studies, suicidal behavior from a scientific and preventative perspective, factors affecting students’ mental health, early warning indicators, the role of the college, professors, and students in prevention, and skills for promoting mental health and resilience.<\/p>\n
