Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yassiri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Arts, Professor Dr. Nabil Omran Al-Khalidi, and as part of the activities of Global Entrepreneurship Week, the Department of Psychology at the College of Arts, Al-Qadisiyah University, held a panel discussion entitled “The Psychological Effects of Gender Equality and its Role in Social Solidarity.” The presentation was given by Dr. Laith Hamza Al-Tamimi.<\/p>\n

The panel aimed to define the social roles of both genders and to emphasize the principles of social justice as a fundamental pillar in achieving social solidarity.<\/p>\n

The panel concluded with a set of recommendations, including the necessity of supporting Iraqi families to achieve their aspirations and goals, the outcomes of which determine the image and future of society. It also recommended supporting activities and events that promote the principle of social justice, whether media-related, educational, legislative, or through the efforts of civil society organizations.
