The symposium aimed to highlight the vital and effective role of automation in promoting a culture of integrity within the public service. It demonstrated the current importance of automation in shaping and strengthening a culture of integrity within the public service. Automation has created a new reality in the way public service is performed and in defining the nature of the relationship between public employees and administration on the one hand, and citizens on the other, particularly with regard to establishing the foundations of integrity within the public service. Integrity is considered the cornerstone for building trust between the state and society and ensuring the proper functioning of government institutions. Among the most important recommendations is the necessity of giving sufficient attention to automation in general and electronic oversight in particular to keep pace with modern technological developments. It also calls for the development of the necessary legislative measures to enable oversight institutions to utilize automation tools and adopt this modern oversight approach, thereby enhancing trust between beneficiaries and the institutions providing public services and fostering a culture of integrity within the public service.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
