Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and the supervision of Professor Dr. Munir Abdul-Amir Abdul-Fattlawi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, the college’s Educational and Psychological Guidance Unit held an awareness seminar entitled “Honoring Parents: The Key to Success, Happiness, and Success.” The seminar was presented by Professor Dr. Haifa Jumaa Hassan and Professor Abbas Fadhil Daham.<\/p>\n
The seminar aimed to introduce students to the importance of honoring parents, its sacred status with God Almighty, and its connection to success, happiness, and success in this life and the hereafter.<\/p>\n
The seminar also highlighted the high status that parents hold with God Almighty, as He has linked obedience to Him in the Holy Quran with obedience to and honoring of parents. Conversely, it addressed the seriousness and consequences of disobeying parents, which deprives disobedient children of success in this life and the hereafter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
