The University of Qadisiyah Council convened for its third session of the 2025-2026 academic year to discuss a number of educational issues.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The meeting was chaired by the University President, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and attended by his academic and administrative assistants, the deans of the colleges, the head of the faculty association, and the secretary of the University Council.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The Council discussed the following matters:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
1- The Council hosted Professor Dr. Numan Naji Al-Hajami, Head of the Central Committee for Scientific Promotions, to discuss the scientific promotions, of which (10) were approved, all of which were awarded the title of Professor.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
2- Emphasis was placed on the importance of accuracy and transparency in registering students admitted for the new academic year through all channels and adhering to the established timelines for their commencement of official classes.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
3- The Council stressed the need to adhere to the established timelines for activating the code system for top graduates and to complete their data and submit it to the Federal Civil Service Council upon receiving notification. 4. The need to elevate scientific research and continue striving to strengthen the quality of peer-reviewed scientific journals in colleges to secure their inclusion in international databases.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
5. Enhancing the international presence of Iraqi academic institutions through establishing effective scientific and research partnerships with international universities and scientific institutions.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
6. Organizing regular visits by deans to student dormitories to assess the needs of their students and address any obstacles they face.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
7. Directing the monitoring of the progress of teaching in undergraduate and graduate programs, ensuring adherence to published schedules for both morning and evening classes.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
8. The necessity of monitoring student transfer processes within the electronic platform system (SIS) and verifying their data and grades for previous years.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
9. Launching campaigns to plant trees, rehabilitate gardens, expand green spaces, and maintain the univ<\/p>\n
