As part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s ongoing efforts to modernize and develop academic curricula in Iraqi law colleges, in line with its commitment to enhancing the quality of legal education and improving its outcomes, the Ministry’s Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority has approved the inclusion of works by professors from the College of Law at Al-Qadisiyah University in the curricula of law colleges across Iraq.<\/p>\n

The book “Administrative Judiciary: A Comparative Study in France, Egypt, and Iraq,” co-authored by Professor Dr. Adnan Ajil Obeid and Professor Dr. Ghazi Faisal Mahdi from the College of Law at Al-Nahrain University, has been adopted as a core textbook for Iraqi law colleges.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the book “Principles of Modern Criminal Investigation” by Professor Dr. Zain Al-Abidin Awad Kadhim has been adopted as a supplementary textbook to enhance the academic content of courses in criminal law and forensic investigations.<\/p>\n

This distinguished academic achievement is the result of integrated research and administrative efforts at the College of Law, Al-Qadisiyah University, which has become a stimulating academic environment conducive to creativity and rigorous scholarship. The unwavering support of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Nizam Jabbar Talib, played a pivotal role in achieving this success. This was further bolstered by the contributions of Professor Dr. Fadhil Jubair Lafteh, Head of the Public Law Department, in encouraging scholarly writing within the department, and the support of the College Council members who voted to approve these publications and forward them to the relevant authorities for ratification.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
