Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Assistant Professor Dr. Asaad Hassan Al-Zaidy, the College of Pharmacy at Al-Qadisiyah University\/Sustainable Development Unit held a seminar entitled \u201cEnvironmental Pollution and the Role of Afforestation in Protecting the Earth.\u201d This seminar was part of the unit\u2019s activities aimed at promoting environmental awareness and establishing the principles of sustainable development within the academic community. The seminar was presented by Ms. Nourhan Intizar Kadhim, who highlighted the importance of afforestation and recycling in protecting the planet from the dangers of environmental pollution. The seminar emphasized the importance of environmental awareness and the role of universities in supporting green projects.<\/p>\n
