The symposium concluded by highlighting the most prominent positives of the amendment, particularly in the area of updating some provisions and expanding the scope of legislative regulation for the family. It also identified the negatives, including flaws in the appeal procedures and the absence of a truly competent authority to adjudicate appeals. Furthermore, it highlighted the predominance of jurisprudential formulation over legal formulation in some articles, which raised questions about their compatibility with the spirit of the law and the principles of modern justice.<\/p>\n
