Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Rahi Kalf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Munir Abdul Amir Abdul Fatlawi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, the Department of Veterinary Public Health held a seminar on mycotoxin control. The seminar was presented by Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdul Abbas Malaghi.<\/p>\n
The seminar aimed to introduce methods used to reduce the impact of mycotoxin contamination of poultry feed, which causes a decline in production, impacts the quality of products, causes significant losses in the poultry industry, and affects consumer health.<\/p>\n
The seminar recommended implementing basic programs to control mycotoxin-forming fungi in feed, such as Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) procedures to reduce contamination.
