The Department of Materials Engineering at the College of Engineering at Al-Qadisiyah University organized a workshop entitled “Discussing the Draft Iraqi Cybercrime Law” in the Continuing Education Unit Hall. M.M. Shammam Kazim Muhammad<\/p>\n
The workshop aimed to discuss and analyze the draft Iraqi Cybercrime Law to evaluate it academically and legislatively, clarify its legal and social implications, and present proposals for amending or developing it in line with the requirements of protecting digital security and citizens’ rights.<\/p>\n
The workshop also included several topics, including a presentation of the draft Cybercrime Law, a legal and technical discussion of its provisions, comments from attendees, an exchange of opinions from specialists, and the formulation of recommendations to be submitted to relevant authorities.
