The Department of Chemical Engineering at the College of Engineering at Al-Qadisiyah University held a specialized scientific course entitled “Civil Service Law No. (22) of 2008 and its Amendments” as part of the college’s ongoing efforts to enhance the legal knowledge of its employees. The course was presented in the Continuing Education Unit Hall by Asst. M. Abdul Amir Zamel<\/p>\n
The course aimed to highlight the most prominent provisions of the aforementioned law and its amendments, as well as to discuss the administrative and legal implications of its implementation in state institutions, develop administrative staff, and enhance their administrative expertise.<\/p>\n
The course also included a detailed explanation of job rights and duties, and the mechanisms for appointment, promotion, and retirement.
