The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University held a scientific workshop entitled “The K5 Device: Functional Variables It Measures During Physical Effort.” Assistant Professor Hassan Abdul Hadi Lahims lectured at the workshop for Master’s degree students.<\/p>\n
The workshop included an introduction to the K5 device. The Italian-made K5 device is considered one of the most important advanced devices for measuring functional variables and cardiorespiratory fitness during exercise. The device is capable of providing a training prescription for the player’s performance during the test and every second of the exercise. It can be used inside and outside the lab, on the field, and even in the swimming pool.<\/p>\n
The most important recommendations are to encourage students to pursue scientific specializations where the evaluation of variables is digital.
