Under the patronage of Professor Rahi Kalf Al-Yasiri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Professor Sattar Abdul-Hassan Al-Fatlawi, Assistant President for Academic Affairs, the University’s Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division held a five-day training course entitled “Riyada Initiative.” The course was attended by a number of students and graduates. The course, presented by Engineer Farouk Sabri and Engineer Karrar Thaban, trainers at the Riyada Center, addressed creating an effective environment for investing in the skills and talents of young people and job seekers, training and preparing them for the labor market, building and developing their capacities, stimulating and activating the culture of entrepreneurship, investing in creative and innovative ideas, and acquiring developmental skills to keep pace with change, identify variables, and interact with them in all fields, creating a productive knowledge-based and scientific society. The course addressed the importance of making training and educational institutions an incubator for creativity and a place for solutions and skill acquisition. The course aimed at a number of points, including building and developing the capabilities of students and young graduates, embracing innovations and creative ideas, training, financing, incubation, and providing advanced job opportunities during and after study, developing technical skills, using electronic applications, and investing in development.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
