Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Rahi Kalf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Munir Abdul Amir Abdul Fatlawi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, the Sustainable Development Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at the college, held a scientific course entitled “Accounting Systems for Employee Wages and Salaries in Administrative Affairs.” Assistant Professor Dr. Alia Hussein Muhammad Ali lectured.<\/p>\n
The course aimed to identify the characteristics and components of a sound wage and incentive system, the stages of designing these systems, and equip participants with the skills to prepare payroll and incentive statements, determine the wage due to employees, and apply them using computers. It also explored the financial and accounting problems of wage and incentive systems and accounting measurement models for these problems. It also presented modern methods and theories for developing wage and incentive systems in various institutions, leading to improved employee creativity.
