Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Rahi Kalf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Professor Dr. Kadhim Nowair Al-Zubaidi, the College of Fine Arts held an intellectual symposium in joint cooperation with the Diwaniyah Martyrs Directorate entitled “Ba’ath Crimes… A Historical Presentation.” Dr. Ali Murtada Al-Yasiri from the Diwaniyah Martyrs Directorate and Asst. Osama Ghali lectured, and the symposium was moderated by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Lafta Al-Qasir. The symposium aimed to uncover Ba’ath crimes in light of historical periodization, to revisit the concept of tyranny and its representations in the Iraqi context, and to commemorate the martyrs and commemorate their sacrifices. The symposium was accompanied by a documentary presentation of a number of crimes. The symposium recommended emphasizing the inclusion of Ba’ath crimes in academic instruction, and to continue cooperation between the College of Fine Arts and the Diwaniyah Martyrs Directorate, proposing other joint projects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
