The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University held a scientific symposium entitled “New Kinesiology,” presented by Prof. Hisham Handawi Huwaidi and Asst. Hadeer Hadi Issa. The symposium aimed to establish a more accurate understanding of kinesiology, which studies movement from its initial emergence in the brain until its transformation into motor behavior. Another important dimension was highlighted, including the brain’s processing mechanism and methods for improving motor behavior from its primary source, the brain. The symposium concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which was the possibility of expanding work in psychological specialties, motor learning, and teaching methods, as well as other scientific specialties in sports science and management, according to the BrainHQ system, as it was designed by a number of neuroscientists worldwide based on the latest theories.
