The Departments of Civil Engineering and Roads and Transportation at the College of Engineering at Al-Qadisiyah University organized a scientific course entitled (Standard Penetration Testing) in the Continuing Education Hall, presented by Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Abdallah Abdul and Assist. Prof. Sura Ali Saadoun.<\/p>\n
The course aimed to conduct Standard Penetration Testing for non-cohesive soil to determine the Standard Penetration Test (SPT) number as a primary indicator of the relative density of non-cohesive soil and, consequently, its shear and compressive resistance.<\/p>\n
The course also included a detailed explanation of the test regarding the tools and equipment used, the working methodology, and the site correction method for the test.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
