Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kadhim Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Aqeel Rahim Al-Barqawi, and as part of the activities of the second annual cultural festival held by the College of Medicine at Al-Qadisiyah University in celebration of International Women’s Day, and under the slogan “Your Health is Your Decision… Start It with a Step,” the college held a cultural symposium entitled “The Relationship Between Women’s Education and Health Awareness… An Investment for Future Generations.” Dr. Manar Al-Zubaidi, a human rights specialist, lectured at the symposium.
\nThe symposium aimed to highlight the relationship between women’s education and health awareness, and the direct and inverse aspects of this relationship, as education is the foundation of cultural awareness in all its forms.
\nThe symposium, which was attended by the Dean of the College, the Director of the Women’s Affairs Department in the governorate, a group of female human rights activists, faculty members, and students, discussed future generations and how to leverage the relationship between health awareness and the risks of diseases and epidemics, how to combat and prevent them, and the impact of education in instilling awareness in the personalities of future generations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
