Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Kadhim Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and in the presence of the Assistant President for Academic Affairs, Professor Dr. Sattar Al-Fatlawi, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Nabil Omran Al-Khalidi, Dean of the College of Arts, the Arabic Language Integrity Unit at the College of Arts at Al-Qadisiyah University held a Quranic forum to recite and improve the Holy Quran during the holy month of Ramadan and the tenth day of the month, the anniversary of the death of Lady Khadija Al-Kubra (peace be upon her). The forum was held in cooperation with the Intellectual and Cultural Activities Center of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) in Diwaniyah. The goal of the Quranic forum was to enhance the importance of the Holy Quran among students, foster interest in it, and enable students to accurately recite the texts of the Holy Quran through listening and reading with the reciter. It also aimed to enrich Quranic knowledge in the souls of those present, on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, the month of God and the month of the Holy Quran. It also aimed to practice various types of Quranic recitations, such as reading or recitation, in accordance with the performance of the reciter being listened to. It also aimed to engage the mind with the Holy Quran, its language, meanings, and eloquence, and to develop the linguistic skills of students and listeners.
