Under the patronage and attendance of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kadhim Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Professor Dr. Ali Hassan Ali Murad, the College of Dentistry held its scientific and cultural festival entitled “Scientific Activities Exhibition” under the slogan “Homelands are built with knowledge and science.”
\nThe festival opened with verses from the Holy Quran and the recitation of Surat Al-Fatihah in memory of the martyrs. The national anthem was then played. Both the University President and the Dean of the College delivered their speeches. This was followed by valuable lectures and active activities by professors, as well as a presentation of success stories from students and staff in the field of dentistry. The President of Al-Qadisiyah University was also honored in appreciation of his efforts to raise the university’s academic and architectural level.
\nIt is worth noting that the festival aims to develop and enhance students’ skills in the field of scientific research, enhance their research capabilities in various fields of medical sciences, develop students’ skills to participate in scientific conferences and festivals, build bridges of cooperation, and integrate expertise between academic education and the labor market in the private and public sectors. By engaging with graduates, developing their skills, and leveraging their practical experience, the festival concluded with recommendations, most notably the need to hold similar conferences and festivals to keep pace with developments in the world of dentistry and to maintain ongoing communication between academic education and the public and private sectors to discover new developments in the dental profession.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
