The course was presented by Dr. Shajoun Hassan Jadaan and Assistant Lecturer Sabreen Nuri Daqman.<\/p>\n<p>The course aimed to introduce antibiotic resistance and how it has created a crisis at the global health level. It included a brief overview of the mechanisms of bacterial resistance to antibiotics and the evolution of bacterial strains resistant to many antibiotics.
