Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Assistant Professor Dr. Bashir Shakir Al-Awadi, the Women Empowerment Unit organized the second annual festival under the slogan \u201cChallenges, Opportunities, and Successes\u201d in celebration of International Women\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n
The festival began with a recitation of blessed verses from the Holy Quran and the national anthem, followed by the reading of the Surah Al-Fatiha. The Dean of the college then delivered a speech, starting with congratulations to the attendees on the occasion of International Women\u2019s Day. This was followed by beautiful activities presented by the female students of the college celebrating the occasion, a poem by poet Jinan Hassan, a fashion show, and competitions.
