Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Nabil Omran Al-Khalidi, Dean of the College of Arts, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Arts at Al-Qadisiyah University held an educational workshop entitled (The Legal Framework for Women’s Empowerment: Their Rights and Duties between Texts and Application) in which Ms. Amina Yassin Marzouq lectured and the session was moderated by Ms. Zainab Muhammad Hamza. The workshop dealt with the rules and procedures that ensure compliance with the regulations and professional behaviors binding by laws, regulations and instructions, in addition to the rules imposed by the ethics of work within educational institutions with the aim of achieving a disciplined work environment based on commitment to institutional standards and promoting justice and equality among its employees, as this has an impact on developing performance, improving work efficiency and creating a healthy work environment through which the institution’s performance can be improved and its reputation preserved. In conclusion, the workshop recommended emphasizing the necessity of activating the role of women in the field of work and supporting and encouraging them to enter this field strongly due to the existence of laws that guarantee their rights, and the necessity of holding seminars and workshops to raise awareness among women to increase their culture in this regard as well as to inform them of all their rights.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
