Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazem Jabir Al-Jubouri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Aqeel Rahim Al-Barqawi, the Department of General Surgery at the College of Medicine at Al-Qadisiyah University organized a scientific seminar titled “Glaucoma,” featuring presentations by:

The seminar addressed how to read and clinically interpret the results of visual field tests, especially since this examination is crucial for patients with glaucoma, a disease that is often asymptomatic and can lead to blindness without the patient being aware. This underscores the importance of visual field testing in the early diagnosis of the disease and monitoring of affected individuals, thus protecting patients from inevitable blindness.<\/p>\n
