Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Munir Abdul Amir Abdul Fatlawi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, the Public Health Department at the College held a discussion session entitled (The Role of Human Resources Management in Building Institutional Culture and Enhancing Organizational Performance), in which M.M. Israa Abdul Hassan Aliwi lectured. The session aimed to identify the impact of organizational culture on human resources management practices, as well as to know the dimensions of both organizational culture and human resources performance and to try to identify the interrelationship between them. The session recommended reviewing internal performance systems with the requirements and goals of the organization to achieve the required effectiveness, as well as studying the risks that may affect the organization’s performance in the future<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
