The College of Fine Arts at Al-Qadisiyah University holds a scientific symposium on creative work for artistic specializations within government institutions

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Kazim Jabr Al-Jubouri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Fine Arts, Professor Dr. Kazim Noir Al-Zubaidi, the College of Fine Arts held a scientific symposium entitled (Creative Work for Technical Specializations within Governmental Institutions), in which M.M. Qasim Wahid lectured. The symposium touched on the importance of creative work and its role in improving the performance of the institution, especially technical specializations that are somewhat stagnant. The necessity of creative work for these specializations is one of the variables affecting the institution’s ability to grow in light of the expansion of institutions in their activities and operations in order to provide better services to their customers, especially in light of competition and traditional work methods and in light of a climate that does not encourage creative work, but rather hinders it and impedes every process of development, change or creative behavior
