The Graduate Studies Department, in collaboration with the Public Law Department and as part of the training program for graduate students in the research phase, organized a scientific workshop titled “Research Structure Writing Skills,” presented by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hamdallah Ahmed.

The workshop aimed to introduce the most important modern skills in preparing the structure of scientific research in the field of legal studies. The lecturer reviewed the differences among modern jurisprudential schools regarding the model used in preparing the structure of scientific research and the criteria followed in its preparation. The workshop concluded that the research structure is the foundation upon which successful studies and research in drafting, formulating, and organizing university theses and dissertations in all disciplines, including law, are built. This necessitates that researchers take time and care in preparing the research structure before finalizing it. The workshop recommended that researchers pay attention to preparing the research structure according to the applicable guidelines for drafting university theses and dissertations, in a manner that is suitable for the nature of the topic chosen as a thesis or dissertation by the researcher.
