Mr. Kazem Jabr Al-Jubouri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, received in his office a delegation from the Diwaniyah Health Department represented by Mr. Wael Aboud Abbas from the office of the Director General of Diwaniyah Health and Mr. Fadel Abdul Amir Noor, Director of the Health Promotion Division in the Public Health Department of the Diwaniyah Health Department, to discuss mechanisms for developing the sub-health center on campus.
The meeting included discussions on ways to develop and modernize in order to open a main health center with a larger area that accommodates a group of medical service units, a larger quantity of treatments, a complete staff of doctors and nurses, an ambulance, and a medical unit for treating emergency cases.
The delegation also visited the sub-health center located in the College of Education on campus to assess its situation on the ground.
The project aims to expand the area of medical and therapeutic services provided by the Diwaniyah Health Department to employees and university students within the campus.
