Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al-Shammari, a faculty member in the Department of Computer Science at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Al-Qadisiyah University, published a joint research paper entitled:
“IU-Net-DDPC: A Novel Integrated U-Net and Dynamic Density Peaks Clustering Framework for Real-Time Medical Image Stream Analysis” in the international journal *Journal of Intelligent Decision Making and Information Science*, indexed in Scopus, Q1.
The research aims to collect and analyze medical images using a novel method that integrates a U-Net image segmentation network with a Dynamic Density Peaks Clustering algorithm. This integration enables the rapid and accurate collection and analysis of medical data in real time, in addition to reducing diagnostic time and facilitating quick and accurate decision-making during live examinations.
