A faculty member from the College of Law at Al-Qadisiyah University co-authors a book on the violation of rights and freedoms through administrative decisions.

The Academic Center for Publishing and Distribution recently released a book titled “The Violation of Rights and Freedoms Through Administrative Decisions: A Comparative Study,” co-authored by Dr. Ghanem Abdul Dahash Al-Shabani, a faculty member at the College of Law, Al-Qadisiyah University, and researcher Taif Basim Hadi.

The book addresses a topic considered one of the most important in contemporary constitutional and administrative studies. It examines the impact of administrative decisions on public rights and freedoms, and the limits that the administration must adhere to when exercising its powers to achieve a balance between the requirements of the public interest and the guarantees for protecting constitutionally enshrined rights and freedoms.
