Researcher Mustafa Wafaq Ibrahim, a faculty member in the Legal Affairs Department at the university’s presidency, published a scientific paper titled:
(Workplace-Fun Satisfaction by Fostering Creativity in the Workplace: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees in Private Banks in the Middle Euphrates Region)
in the International Journal of Management and Organizational Research.
The study explored the role of workplace creativity readiness, with its dimensions (flexibility, continuity, solution focus, risk-taking, and engagement), in achieving job satisfaction (recreational activities, a pleasant environment, and enjoyment of social interaction). The study included a sample of 186 employees working in private banks in the Middle Euphrates region, exploring the fundamental question of how supporting new ideas contributes to improving feelings of happiness and job satisfaction.
The research employed a descriptive-analytical approach to data collection and utilized numerical methods and the SPSS and AMOS v28 statistical software programs to analyze the results. These results revealed a strong positive correlation between employees’ readiness for innovation and their job satisfaction.
