The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University held a scientific workshop on the latest developments in the Laws of Football and their impact on the game.

The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Qadisiyah University held a scientific workshop entitled “Recent Developments in the Laws of Football and Their Impact on the Game.” The workshop was presented by Assistant Lecturer Muhannad Fadhil Al-Zubaidi. The workshop aimed to familiarize participants with the latest amendments to the Laws of Football, the most recent technological advancements used in the World Cup, and the significant progress made by FIFA in developing the Laws of Football. The workshop also included a detailed explanation of the technological tools used in the Laws of Football, including goal-line technology, which was used in the last World Cup in Qatar, and a detailed explanation of how this system works, as well as VAR technology, its protocol, and how it is implemented.
