As part of promoting humanitarian work and strengthening the values of social solidarity, a number of professors from the College of Education at Al-Qadisiyah University visited Al-Raja Institute for Mental Disabilities to assess the institute’s needs firsthand and work towards fulfilling them through the college’s volunteer team, in support of this important segment of society. The college delegation was received by Ms. Iman Naama Al-Mahna, Director of Al-Raja Institute for Mental Disabilities, who welcomed them and provided a comprehensive explanation of the institute’s current situation and its basic needs. The visiting delegation included Dr. Khitam Muhammad, Assistant Lecturer Zaman Hassan Abis Al-Jalihaawi, Assistant Lecturer Fatima Saeed Hamza, and Assistant Lecturer Reem Katea Atiya. During the visit, they reviewed the institute’s service and educational facilities and listened to the most pressing needs and requirements, which will contribute to developing a suitable support plan aimed at improving the educational and humanitarian environment for the beneficiaries.
