Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Women at Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Mai Ali Aziz, and in cooperation with the Arabic Language Integrity Unit, the College of Education at Al-Qadisiyah University, and the Open Education College in Diwaniyah, the College of Education for Women held a festival to celebrate the annual World Arabic Language Day (the Day of the Letter Dhad). The festival opened with a speech by the Dean, followed by a scientific and cultural workshop entitled “The Arabic Language and Its Importance as a Vital Component,” presented by Professor Dr. Abdullah Habib Al-Tamimi, accompanied by Assistant Professor Dr. Amani Harith Al-Ghanimi. Additionally, a group of students from the Department of Kindergarten and the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences presented educational activities highlighting the importance and status of the Arabic language among all the world’s languages.
