The College of Medicine at Al-Qadisiyah University concluded the activities of the Fourth International Medical Conference for Clinical and Basic Medical Sciences, which was held under the slogan (Scientific Research is Our Path to a Healthy Academic Future), which lasted for two days, during which 150 research papers were discussed on various medical and scientific topics, with the participation of international, Arab and local universities. The closing ceremony included the announcement of the conference recommendations, which were read by the Chairman of the Scientific Committee, Professor Dr. Muhammad Mujer Al-Shamsi. After that, the conference presented a speech commending the efforts of the conference committees, supporters and researchers, which was delivered by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Aqil Rahim Al-Barqawi. Then, certificates of appreciation, shields of excellence and letters of thanks and appreciation were presented to the distinguished researchers, and the pharmaceutical companies that supported the conference and participated in their modern pharmaceutical exhibitions were honored. The honoring also included the supporting and supporting bodies, heads of the scientific, preparatory, media and reception committees, in addition to honoring the distinguished employees for their exceptional efforts they provided to support the college and its activities, as well as their effective contribution to preparing for the conference.
