Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Nursing, Professor Dr. Dirgham Majeed Al-Fatlawi, the College of Nursing held a training course entitled “Basic Life Support.” The course was presented by Dr. Sadiq Salam Hassouni. The course aimed to equip participants with the essential skills for dealing with emergency situations by explaining the steps of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), in addition to practical training on the use of resuscitation equipment and how to deal with cases of choking and save the lives of adults and children.
