The College of Nursing at Al-Qadisiyah University held an awareness festival to promote community awareness of the dangers and effects of violence

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Nursing, Professor Dr. Dirgham Majeed Al-Fatlawi, the Women’s Affairs Unit, in cooperation with the Student Activities Division and the Volunteer Work Unit at the College of Nursing, and in coordination with the Women’s Division of the Community Police Department in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate, held a distinguished awareness festival. The festival aimed to promote a culture of rejecting violence and to support the building of a future characterized by security and stability within families and society. The festival included awareness activities and a comprehensive presentation on the importance of spreading community awareness about the dangers and effects of violence, in addition to highlighting the role of women and relevant authorities in preventing violence and promoting the values ​​of social cohesion.
