A First Aid Workshop Held at the College of Nursing, Al-Qadisiyah University

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Nursing, Professor Dr. Dirgham Majeed Hamid Al-Fatlawi, the College of Nursing held a specialized workshop entitled “First Aid: Rapid Response Skills for Emergencies.” The workshop was presented by a medical and nursing team from the Diwaniyah Health Department. The workshop aimed to raise students’ health awareness and equip them with essential skills for dealing with injuries and critical situations through a practical demonstration of first aid principles. The workshop also included practical exercises in which students participated under the direct supervision of the medical team, with the goal of enhancing their practical skills and increasing their preparedness in emergency situations.
