The Continuing Education Center at Al-Qadisiyah University, in coordination with the Quality Assurance Department, held a workshop on implementing the national strategy and enhancing quality and rankings.

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and in the presence of his representative, the Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Sattar Abdul-Hassan Al-Fatlawi, the Dean of the College of Education, Professor Dr. Sattar Hamid Al-Janabi, and the Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, Professor Dr. Abbas Sabbar Dakhel, the Continuing Education Center at Al-Qadisiyah University, in coordination with the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, held a workshop entitled:

((Implementing the National Strategy and Enhancing Quality and Rankings)), presented by the Director of the Continuing Education Center, Professor Dr. Sami Bashir Al-Hasnawi.

The workshop, which targeted assistant deans of science and officials of continuing education units in colleges, included a set of topics, including: training and development mechanisms, methods of coordination and partnerships, assessment and analysis of labor market needs to identify required skills and design programs that are compatible with them, means of support and issuing certificates, follow-up and supervision and standardization of work mechanisms, annual updating of plans, performance monitoring system, focus on gradual e-learning, development of partnerships and funding, as well as the formation of a joint committee to develop a roadmap aimed at obtaining accreditation of the department’s programs (national accreditation).
