The Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering at the College of Engineering, Al-Qadisiyah University, held a specialized scientific course entitled “Beyond Solar Energy: The Next Generation of Solid-State Energy.” The course was presented by Dr. Alaa Abdul Hussein Rafis and Dr. Fahd Ahmed Hamid.
The course aimed to highlight modern innovations that surpass traditional solar panel technologies, with a particular focus on solid-state energy technologies and how these technologies can shape the future of energy generation with greater efficiency and sustainability.
