The Department of Mechanical Engineering at the College of Engineering, Al-Qadisiyah University, held a specialized and intensive training course entitled “Different Mathematical Models of the Thermal Conductivity of Nanofluids.” The course was presented by Professor Dr. Naseer Hamid Hamza and Assistant Lecturer Fatima Qasim Qabil.
The course aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of researchers and engineers in applying advanced theoretical and mathematical principles in the field of heat transfer, thus supporting scientific research and the development of modern technological applications.
The course also focused on reviewing and analyzing various mathematical models used to predict the thermal conductivity of nanofluids, which are engineered fluids with wide-ranging applications in heat transfer, such as refrigeration and energy systems. The course highlighted how different factors, such as the concentration, size, and shape of nanoparticles, affect the heat transfer efficiency of these fluids.
