The Quality Assurance and University Performance Department at Al-Qadisiyah University, in cooperation with the College of Science, is holding a workshop on the mechanisms for using performance evaluation forms.

Under the patronage and in the presence of the President of Al-Qadisiyah University, Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Professor Dr. Salwan Ali Al-Hamzawi, the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department at Al-Qadisiyah University held a workshop entitled “Clarifying the Mechanisms for Using Performance Evaluation Forms for the Academic Year (2024-2025)” in the Ibn Al-Haytham Hall at the College of Science.

The workshop, presented by Professor Dr. Abbas Sabbar Dakhel, Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, and Professor Dr. Ziad Mutab Fajja, Head of the Institutional Performance Evaluation Division in the department, and attended by a select group of college deans, heads of academic and administrative departments, and quality assurance officers from various colleges, included a detailed presentation of the types of performance evaluation forms adopted by the university. The workshop also included an explanation of the faculty evaluation form No. (20) and a discussion of frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to the evaluation mechanisms.

The workshop aimed to enhance the university staff’s understanding of performance evaluation standards and their application mechanisms, thereby contributing to raising the level of quality and improving academic and administrative performance. University.
