Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Rahi Kalaf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and the supervision of Professor Dr. Munir Abdul-Amir Abdul-Fattlawi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the college held a dialogue session entitled “From Adversity to Opportunity: Women’s Recovery and Empowerment.” The session was presented by Ms. Miad Qadir Al-Jashami.
The session aimed to highlight the role of women in facing psychological, social, and professional challenges, and to build their capacity for self-recovery and achieving a balance between their aspirations and responsibilities.
The session also included interactive discussions with students about real-life experiences of women who were able to transform crises into opportunities for strength. In addition, a number of ideas and proposals were presented to encourage support for initiatives to empower women within the university community. And the Community
