Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Rahi Kalf Mahdi Al-Yasiri, President of Al-Qadisiyah University, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Munir Abdul Amir Abdul Fatlawi, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, the Public Health Department at the college held a scientific course on dentition in various animals. Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Rahim Attia lectured.
The course aimed to identify the age of various field animals based on teeth and the importance of this in determining the ages of various animals. It also included an explanation and clarification of the importance of determining the ages of animals, not only from records, but also to prevent commercial fraud.
The course recommended the necessity of determining the ages of animals based on teeth and its importance in preventing commercial fraud and economic losses.
